IOI accepts most major insurance plans.
If you have questions about your insurance plan and coverage for your upcoming office visit or procedure, please contact the Insurance and Billing office at (317) 620-0232.
The team will be happy to contact your insurance provider on your behalf to find out your coverage and what fees you may be responsible for.
- You may be responsible for deductibles and copayments at the time of your appointment.
- The office will file claims to your insurance plan for you.
- Please make sure all information is accurate upon submission to reduce the chance of delays and claim denials.
- You will be responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance plan.
