Noblesville (May 1, 2026) — Indiana Orthopedic Institute is proud to welcome fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon Dr. Daniel Williams starting Monday, May 4, where he will provide Sports Medicine and general orthopedic services, including ACL reconstruction, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, and other sports-related injuries.
Dr. Williams will see patients at Indiana Orthopedic Institute’s flagship Noblesville surgery center and clinic, as well as its Greenwood clinic.
He will treat patients from adolescents to seniors, from trained athletes to those trying to regain mobility and stay active.
“The goal in my practice is to get you wherever you need to be, whether that’s being pain-free, having less pain, or improving function. We find ways to get you there,” Dr. Williams said. “The goal is not to make an X-ray look better, or an MRI look better—it’s to help you have better function, less pain, and get back to what you want to do.”
Dr. Williams brings a wealth of experience in sports medicine to Indiana Orthopedic Institute, previously practicing with American Health Network/Optum Bone and Spine Group and Orthopedic Specialists at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis. At Franciscan Health, his roles included Orthopaedic Section Chief and Lead Orthopedic Physician to the Franciscan Family Practice Residency.
“We are thrilled to welcome such a skilled and caring surgeon as Dr. Daniel Williams,” said Dr. Michael Meneghini, founder and CEO of Indiana Orthopedic Institute. “Dr. Williams’ training and years of experience have prepared him to help patients heal and get back to the movement and activities they love. He treats patients the way he would want members of his own family treated.”
Dr. Williams has also served as a team physician at Perry Meridian High School in Indianapolis and Chapman University in Orange, CA.
